You have strengths you already use, perhaps without realizing it. Our interpretations of situations determine our emotional and behavioral responses to them. Therefore, my primary theoretical foundation is cognitive-behavioral. Mindfulness is crucial for awareness of patterns and for clarity. Connecting with healthy supports is essential. We have to do the work, but we need support to do so.
