Sheila Twitchell, LCSW received her Bachelors Degree from the University of Maine and a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern Maine in 2013. Sheila has over 16 years of combined experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Sheila has completed extensive training in the following evidence-based treatment modalities, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness. She believes in working collaboratively with her clients and families.
